Nice weather for the First Time Trial of the year for most @ Kechi Kansas. Wind 6mph out of the South West a nice and sunny 60 Degree day. After the first decent effort at 15K my lower back is killing me. Probably a lack of streaching and not riding the tt bike as much as i should.
