Thursday Commute

I commute in to work as much as i can to get the most time on the bike as i can and avoid the high costs at the gas pump. It was a nice ride in but the ride home was a stiff headwind out of the north that was blowing around 20+ mph. Gota love Kansas. It seems the spring is fighting with summer and the temps were very cool for my tast (the wind didn't help). Friday i am planning on taking the family to table rock for some lake time and a few hill intervals saturday.
