Got most of the Catagory 3 team together for a 3 hour ride today. I'm still working on getting back in shape for the `09 season. The weather was 39 deg. (it was actually 40 but 39 seems much colder so im sticking with it), and the wind was blasting us from the North/East. I was doing fine but about an hour into it the toes got wet and froze for the rest of the ride. Two more days of 3 hour ER (endurance zone) rides should get most of the Thanksgiving's Day Dinner worked off! Tomorrow's ride starts in McPherson and includes some of those famious Kansas hill's located in the Flint Hills of Kansas.
