1.5 hour TT with 1 x 40min interval averaging 240w and 1 x 24.5min Interval avg 298w. A pic of the 20+ min Interval on the left. Slight head/cross wind on the way out. Blue is speed and yellow is power.
The numbers so far
I've have been getting some good miles in over X-mas break do to the nice (for this time of year) weather. My CTL is 61, eq to late Feb. from last year. Two months ahead of schedual on the build. Hope to hit 80's by the end of Feb.
